You'll join a tight-knit team focused on designing, upgrading, and supporting electrical systems for boats and marine vessels (6–30 meters). This is hands-on engineering, from the drawing board to the dock. You'll be involved at every stage: design, integration, installation, and maintenance support.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with other engineers and designers to create electrical systems for a range of boats
  • Help modify and upgrade existing systems, always looking for ways to improve performance and reliability
  • Prepare clear plans and documentation for manufacturing and installation
  • Support system installation and provide technical guidance during builds
  • Troubleshoot and support maintenance—your expertise will make a real difference

What You Bring

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working on boats, yachts, or marine projects—this is essential
  • A background in electrical design, with a portfolio of real projects
  • Confidence working in a collaborative design environment
  • Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with class-approved or commercial vessels
  • Familiarity with marine regulations and safety standards
  • Hands-on experience with installation or maintenance
  • Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Rhino3D, etc.)
