We're seeking a Social Media Assistant / Graphic Designer to help create, plan, and post

content, engage with communities, and support branding projects. This is a supervised role, and you will be working under guidance while contributing ideas to campaigns and creative projects. You will be working under and with the supervision of the Founder, and be expected to take direction, adapt quickly, and proactively support the team on both regular and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design engaging graphics, reels, and visuals for social media.

● Plan and schedule monthly content calendars, including captions.

● Engage with followers and other brands to grow community connections.

● Monitor trends, track performance, and adapt strategies accordingly.

● Assist with brand design projects: mood boards, logos, palettes, and full identity

development.

● Collaborate closely with the founder on campaigns and creative ideas.

● Support occasional ad-hoc projects and out-of-scope tasks as needed.

● Be proactive in learning, including taking courses to enhance social media management

and design skills.

Requirements

● At least 1 year of experience in graphic design and/or social media management.

● Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and ability to create high-quality visuals.

● Basic photography or video editing skills (tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere).

● Personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi capable of running design and editing software

smoothly.

● Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter),

trends, and algorithms.

● Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.

● Ability to take direction with a positive, flexible attitude and maintain professionalism.

● Certification in social media, marketing, or design is preferred but not required.

● Alignment with Christian values and the ability to reflect these in daily work.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with branding and identity design.

● Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite).
