In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Driving the identification and creation of new business opportunities for our Wireless and Corrosion/Erosion product solutions, collaborating closely with Country Sales managers to expand our customer base.
  • Identifying, encouraging relationships with customer partners and key personas, guiding them through technical discussions and product presentations to support the selling process.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and solutions, conducting demonstrations and test installations to showcase their value in addressing customer challenges.
  • Leading specific project opportunities from initial contact through to PO, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights that keep our offerings competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Supporting and mentoring sales teams by providing product training, facilitating the implementation of business unit strategies, and ensuring sales channels are equipped with the knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Contributing to strategic planning efforts by identifying regional market opportunities, providing feedback on product competitiveness, and participating in product line planning and development.
  • Tracking and reporting on important data and supervising customer happiness to support ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-business units to support and orchestrate the growth of Plant web Insight analytics software

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Technical Field
  • Minimum 5 years of business development and/or industrial sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (50% or more).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Prior Business Development Experience in Wireless Solutions, 5G, technology, IIoT, etc
  • MBA
