Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Sales Executive at CMH Group, based in Ballito. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and businesses, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating fleet sales deals. The role also entails generating leads, meeting sales targets, and staying up-to-date with current automotive market trends, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales or Automotive Sales, including knowledge of fleet management and sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the automotive market and vehicle specifications; ability to keep up with industry trends.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license; ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and a network of contacts within the automotive fleet industry is a plus.
