CFO Assiociate

About the Role

We're looking for an eager, recently qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) to join our Advisory team. In this role, you'll work directly with the Head of Advisory and support a wide range of projects — from executing client deliverables and managing workflows to collaborating with senior team members, driving process improvements, and exploring new FinTech applications.

We're after a "Swiss Army knife" — someone who's adaptable, proactive, and hungry to accelerate their professional growth. You'll be surrounded by a team of senior fractional CFOs, learning from their experience while contributing meaningfully to client work across multiple industries.

Our fCFO services span a broad spectrum of finance:

• Building group-level financial models
• Managing multi-regional consolidations
• Executing complex valuations
• Preparing clients for investment and fundraising
• Advising on commercial transactions
• Designing KPI frameworks and operational targets
• Supporting clients with the finance team and role structures
  
  

This is a rare opportunity for a young CA(SA) to gain end-to-end exposure across strategic, FP&A, commercial, and operational finance — while developing the skills to become a trusted finance leader.
