Job Title: Part-Time Financial Advisor Assistant
Location: Somerset West (Hybrid – office & remote)
Type: Part-Time (with performance-based incentives)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and able to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English.
Initially, your main responsibility will be to make phone calls to new clients, helping to set appointments and introduce our services. As you grow in the role, your responsibilities will expand to include administrative tasks and support within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to schedule appointments or follow up on enquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
- Assist with general administrative duties in the office when required.
- Ensure professional and friendly communication at all times.
- Contribute to a positive client experience by being helpful, attentive, and reliable.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
- Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- A professional, positive, and people-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, Word).
- Must be based in or near Somerset West.
Additional Information
- This is a part-time role, with flexible hours.
- Incentives will be offered based on the success of calls and client conversions.
- Opportunity for growth as the role develops into an in-office administrative position over time.
