Your Mission

As our new Application Engineer (m/f/d), you'll be the vital link between our innovative technology and our clients' success stories. You'll collaborate directly with clients and prospects, configuring tailored solutions and optimizing existing systems. You'll lead implementation projects, working closely with our talented international team. Your expertise will drive both technical and functional excellence, ensuring our solutions meet the requirements of the clients.

What You'll Do

  • Be the trusted advisor for clients and prospects, guiding them through every phase—from needs analysis to solution delivery.
  • Analyze and enhance our existing solutions at our clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute implementation projects in partnership with Pythagoras colleagues.
  • Gather market and competitor insights to influence the next generation of Pythagoras products.
  • Provide ongoing technical and functional support, ensuring our clients' continued satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Native German speaker with fluent business English (B2+); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communicator, proactive, and eager to build lasting client relationships.
  • Team player with analytical thinking, a drive for quality, and a results-oriented mindset.
