Blush & Buff Slimming Division – Intercare Building, Parklands

Role Purpose

The Senior Slimming Therapist leads all slimming, sculpting and body-contouring services with professional excellence. This role requires advanced treatment knowledge, precision, strong client communication, and the ability to deliver measurable results. You will guide clients through their full transformation journey while upholding elite standards that match the Blush & Buff brand.

Key Responsibilities. Client Consultations & Assessments

  • Conduct full body assessments, measurements, before/after photos and treatment suitability checks.
  • Create customised treatment plans based on client goals.
  • Explain treatment expectations, timelines, risks and aftercare clearly.

2. Treatment Delivery (Advanced-Level)

Skilled operation of all Blush & Buff slimming technologies:

  • Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis)
  • Laser Lipo
  • EMS Muscle Sculpt
  • Ultrasonic Cavitation
  • RF Skin Tightening
  • Vacuum Therapy
  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Body Wraps
  • Fat-dissolving injections (if certified)

Ensure results-driven treatments with high client comfort and safety.

3. Client Progress Management

  • Weekly check-ins for measurements, updates and adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed treatment notes and follow-up reminders.
  • Track results and guide clients through aftercare for maximum outcomes.

4. Professional Standards & Hygiene

  • Maintain strict cleanliness and treatment-room preparation.
  • Comply with safety protocols, PPE, machine care and sterilisation.

5. Upselling & Client Retention

  • Educate clients on packages, upgrades and add-ons that improve results.
  • Ensure repeat bookings and build long-term client relationships.

6. Training & Leadership

  • Assist in onboarding junior therapists.
  • Demonstrate correct machine use, techniques and safety practices.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and quality control.

7. Administrative Duties

  • Manage bookings, WhatsApp follow-ups and client documentation.
  • Report machine issues, consumable requirements, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with management on promotions and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications RequiredEssential

  • 2–4+ years experience as a slimming/body sculpting therapist.
  • Professional training in: fat freezing, EMS, cavitation, RF, laser lipo, lymph drainage.
  • Strong understanding of body composition and fat-loss physiology.
  • Excellent client communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Skilled in delivering consistent, visible results.
  • Strong hygiene and safety knowledge.

Advantageous

  • Certification in fat-dissolving injections (LipoDissolve/Lipo Lax).
  • Previous experience in a high-performance slimming or aesthetics clinic.
  • Sales experience in upselling packages and treatments.
  • Experience training junior therapists.
