Business Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage project risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the construction industry.
- Technical background with commercial and contract knowledge.
- Permanent in Durban
- Ability to manage a construction business.
