We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Data Modeler-Developer
to drive the development of our enterprise-level data solutions. This is a critical role for a true self-starter who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical architecture.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of robust data models and reporting capabilities, focusing primarily on a performant, on-premise Microsoft data environment.

Required Technical Skills

  • Dimensional Modeling:
    Strong expertise in
    Kimball Methodology
    for data warehouse design.
  • Microsoft BI:
    Proven track record working deeply within the
    Microsoft Tech Stack (on-premise)
    .
  • SSAS Tabular:
    Significant, hands-on experience with
    SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular
    model development.
  • Data Visualization:
    Solid proficiency in
    Power BI
    for creating impactful reports and dashboards.
  • Source Systems:
    Comfort and capability in interrogating data from complex source environments, including
    Oracle
    and
    Netezza
    , and exposure to non-database sources.

Technical Skills

The BI Analyst/Developer should understand and have expertise in the various technologies needed to implement Microsoft BI solutions. The developer must have experience with the Microsoft BI stack and exposure to other technologies is a plus ( Python, R).
