A well-presented, professional Waiter with experience in busy, premium hospitality environments. Skilled in guest service, order taking, food and beverage knowledge, and delivering a warm, polished dining experience. Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail and a passion for exceptional service.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years waitron experience
  • Valid South African ID (no work permits)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Professional table service and guest interaction
  • Order taking and upselling
  • Food, beverage and menu knowledge
  • POS operation and billing accuracy
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Efficient service in high-volume environments
  • Tray carrying, table clearing and service flow management
  • Hygiene, safety and workstation cleanliness
  • Teamwork across FOH and BOH
