Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Agent position located in Hermanus. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating offers, preparing real estate documents, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Agents will use cutting-edge tools and resources provided by Property.CoZa to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Real Estate Professional with knowledge of real estate practices and market trends.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions to effectively negotiate deals and achieve targets.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms for property marketing and client interaction is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent communication skills are essential to excel in this role.
