As a Splunk Partner Technical Manager (PTM), you will be at the forefront of driving technical growth and success through our strategic Global System Integrator (SI), value added Resellers (VAR) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. Collaborating closely with channel sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, your role will be to ensure that our partners achieve technical excellence and deep product adoption through tailored business planning, product education, and evangelization of new use cases and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Enablement& Business Planning: Lead technical enablement for assigned partners, crafting and executing a Technical Account Plan that aligns with partner needs and Splunk's Partner+ program.
  • Evangelize Splunk Solutions: Drive excitement for Splunk's new use cases and solutions, ensuring partners build technical capabilities and expand business with Splunk.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders within Splunk and partner organizations. Coordinate resources effectively to ensure that the right support is available at the right time, fostering advocacy for Splunk within partner organizations.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support to partners, including training, pre-sales support, and ensuring proper engagement with Splunk resources for timely delivery.
  • Solution Delivery& Advocacy: Collaborate with partners to deliver successful engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and a clear demonstration of Splunk's value. Present joint solutions to customers, both onsite and remotely, at events such as conferences and trade shows. Advocate for the voice of the partner within Splunk, ensuring their concerns and feedback are heard.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or partner management, with a strong understanding of working with Global SIs, VAR and MSPs.
  • Ideally first hands-on experience in Security and/or Observability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and business value to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive partner success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.
  • Fluent local language& English, both written and spoken
  • Additional background in Big Data, Machine Learning, APM, IoT, Operational Intelligence is a plus
