About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Officer
to join our Johannesburg office on a
contract basis
. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office operations and assist various departments with documentation, coordination, and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement teams with document preparation and filing.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination for internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases (both electronic and paper-based).
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination for new employees or contractors.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Matric required; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field advantageous.
