Bash is the leading fashion & lifestyle e-commerce marketplace in South Africa. We're passionate about using technology to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. We're looking for a talented and motivated Device Management Coordinator to join our team. 

About the Role
As a Device Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of device distribution and replacements for stores. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you will make sure devices are sent out on time, returned or replaced when needed, and all tracking systems and spreadsheets are kept accurate and up to date. You will work closely with Operations, IT, and Support teams to ensure every store has the right devices to keep selling without interruptions. Success in this role comes from staying organized, following processes carefully, and communicating clearly to keep everyone aligned.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the allocation, deployment, and tracking of devices across stores.
• Support the integration of stores into the Bash Store endless aisle offering.
• Liaise with third parties to ensure device serials are accurate and prepared for shipping.
• Coordinate the movement of devices between stores in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure devices are set up and configured according to established SOPs.
• Monitor device availability, functionality, and compliance with operational requirements.
• Keep all records accurate and up to date in spreadsheets and systems.
• Troubleshoot basic device-related issues and escalate when required.
• Provide ongoing support to store teams to ensure smooth adoption and effective usage of devices.
• Ensures every store has the right number of functional devices to operate seamlessly.
• Guides stores in following correct device handling processes (e.g., PCI compliance, security protocols).
• Flag issues or delays early so they can be resolved quickly.

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of experience in coordination, logistics, or device/asset management.
• Proficiency in google sheets /  (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with asset management systems.
• Understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel retailing 
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving ops support queries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
