Accounting Internship Opportunity – Mount Edgecombe

We are a well-established accounting firm based in Mount Edgecombe, currently seeking a motivated individual who is pursuing a career in accounting.

This is a 3-month opportunity ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience in a professional environment. Strong performance may lead to a permanent position and, potentially, an offer to complete SAIPA articles with our firm.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or actively studying toward one.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of bookkeeping experience (Sage/Pastel preferred)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping using Sage accounting software
• SARS submissions and compliance
• CIPC and UIF declarations

Remuneration:

Salary will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience and qualifications.
