Eduvos is looking to employ a Plant Physiology and Biotechnology Lecturer at our Midrand campus on a fixed term basis.

Type of appointment: Fixed Term employment opportunity

Purpose:

  • To lecture Applied Sciences-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
  • To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

  • Minimum MSc in Agricultural Management, Environmental Biotechnology or applicable field

Experience:

  • 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
  • Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
  • Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Science Skills, Ethnobotany
  • Principles of Biology
  • Agricultural Economics
  • Plant Physiology
  • Agricultural Biotechnology
  • Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology
  • Plant Propagation
