About the Role:

A reputable private educational institution in Middelburg is seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher
to join their high school faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction to Grade 12 learners, preparing them for final examinations, and contributing to the academic excellence of the school.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the CAPS (or IEB) curriculum
• Teach Mathematics to Grade 12 learners, ensuring syllabus coverage and exam readiness
• Develop and implement assessments, tests, and examinations
• Monitor and report on learner progress and performance
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
• Provide academic support and enrichment opportunities for learners
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant degree with PGCE
• Specialisation in Mathematics or a related field
• SACE registration (or proof of application)
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at FET Phase (Grade 10–12)
• Proficient in using technology for teaching and learning
