Role Description

Risk & Investment Administrator

What You'll Do:

  • Process client applications, follow-ups, and amendments across various investment platforms.
  • Support brokers and clients with accurate, efficient risk and investment administration.
  • Ensure that all client records and transactions comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and internal processes.
  • Maintaining CRM system.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years' strong administration experience in the financial services industry.
  • RE5 and NQF5 Wealth Management or other relevant industry-related qualification (Advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance sector and compliance regulations (FICA, FAIS & POPIA).
  • Proven experience in client service and support.
  • Excellent communication in Afrikaans & English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Quality and quantity of data.
  • Accuracy of record keeping.
