Position Available: Qualified Automotive Mechanic – Bellville

Are you a highly skilled and experienced automotive mechanic with a passion for precision and excellence? VAG Spec Centre Bellville is looking for a qualified and experienced automotive mechanic to join our team. If you specialize in Volkswagen, Audi, and/or Porsche vehicles and have a strong background in diagnostics and repairs, we want to hear from you

Minimum Requirements:

  • Trade Test Certificate – Automotive Mechanic
  • Extensive experience working with VW, Audi, and/or Porsche vehicles
  • Valid driver's license (Code 8 or higher)
  • Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written)
  • Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is an advantage
  • Experience in an aftermarket workshop is an advantage
  • Foreign nationals must have valid qualifications, passport and work permit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Repair and service vehicles efficiently and correctly the first time
  • Engage with customers professionally regarding their vehicle concerns
  • Provide detailed quotations for repairs and services
  • Maintain meticulous records of work performed, including notes on issues requiring future attention
  • Work with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow
