MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, with a strong call center footprint and operations that extend across multiple countries. We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology e-commerce, and financial services. Our contact centers are powered by both on-site and remote agents, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability and reduce costs.
At MCI we are committed to fostering an environment where professionals can build meaningful careers, access continuous learning and development opportunities and contribute to the success of a globally expanding, industry-leading organization.
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide the insights that power smarter decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and proving marketing's impact in high-stakes B2B environments.
To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution across platforms.
- Design scalable processes to support both mid-market campaigns (hundreds of leads) and enterprise campaigns (fewer, high-value opportunities).
- Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
- Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting, data management, and automation.
WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?
All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with proven B2B business services experience.
- Background in high-value, low sales velocity environments is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up, not just maintaining existing systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Experience supporting both enterprise and mid-market sales cycles is a plus.
WANT AN EMPLOYER THAT VALUES YOUR CONTRIBUTION?
At MCI, we believe that your hard work deserves recognition and reward. Our compensation and benefits packages are designed to be competitive and to grow with you over time. Starting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.
What You Can Expect from MCI:

- Annual Leave: Earn paid time off to rest, recharge, or attend to personal matters.
- Health Benefits: After probation, employees qualify for Medical Insurance. This gives you access to general practitioners, chronic medication, basic dental and optical care, as well as emergency services, ensuring essential healthcare support and peace of mind.
