Are you an actuary who wants to take your analytical expertise beyond traditional insurance or pensions and use it to shape real business strategy?

Our client — a world-renowned consulting firm — is looking for ambitious actuarial professionals who are ready to apply their technical skills in a broader, more strategic environment.

This is your opportunity to work alongside exceptional thinkers, solving complex business problems for leading global organizations. You'll be part of a collaborative team that combines analytical depth with business insight to deliver transformative impact. Duties & Responsibilities Our Associates play a broader, more strategic role than traditional actuarial positions. While they rely on the same technical foundations — statistics, modeling, and risk analysis — they apply them to business strategy, analytics, and problem-solving across industries.

As an Associate, you'll work directly with senior leaders to diagnose business challenges, design data-driven solutions, and implement strategies that drive measurable change. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends quantitative excellence with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analytical workstreams within client projects, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and interpret financial, statistical, and business models to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement actionable solutions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support clients through transformation and change initiatives across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and energy.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive-level audiences with confidence and clarity.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education: 8+ ASSA exams
  • Experience:
    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skill
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment
    • Willingness to travel for client engagements where required
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.) an advantage
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
