Your Next Career Opportunity – Manager, Permitting Plan, manage, coordinate and supervise the activities necessary to secure zoning and building permit approvals of communication facilities, which include the preparation and oversight of surveys, landscape plans, site development plans, construction plans, and other pre-construction documents. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the standardization and implementation of the permitting process.
  • Manage and support permitting teams.
  • Supervise the timely delivery of documentation and monitor both quality and accuracy.
  • Lead internal team coordination efforts as well as client follow-ups.
  • Ability to complete delegated tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust job responsibilities as directed.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal and external clients.
  • Resolve issues with outside vendors that have not reached a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Review and communicate project results to the Country Manager and/or other supervisors.
  • Compliance Duties, including but not limited to Vendor Management, reviewing and processing of RTP's, FICA verification and record keeping and POPI and PAIA compliance and data handling.
  • Follow up on assigned cases including
  • Support the Site Acquisition Department to verify the possible environmental, urban, and aeronautical site restrictions.
  • Visit the specific site locations and municipalities,
  • Coordinate and follow up with the engineering firms in order to design the final drawings in compliance with the alignments, setbacks, and regulations.
  • Verify, transform, map, and geo-reference polygons in IT systems and software.
  • Process reports as needed. Manage the coordination of expert witnesses for zoning hearings.
What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study preferred.
  • and 3-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, and knowledge of local government and project management skills.
