Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life by developing compelling, consistent, and visually engaging materials across digital and print platforms. From designing marketing collateral to supporting digital campaigns and presentations, you will ensure that our brand identity is applied consistently and innovatively across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials in line with the company's CI and brand standards.
  • Create and update brochures, application forms, presentations, policy documents, and business collateral.
  • Develop engaging content for digital channels including social media, newsletters, emailers, and website banners.
  • Edit and produce simple videos for internal and external communication.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
  • Support the marketing team with creative input on campaigns and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in key design software.
  • Knowledge of media production, digital design, and communication.
  • Ability to edit and prepare files for both print and digital platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML and interactive PDF functionality advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
