initiatives within the company.
You will work closely with management, HR, and client teams — ensuring smooth communication, well-organised coordination, and consistent delivery on commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a key client.
- Coordinate communication between the client and internal teams.
- Track deliverables, follow up on deadlines, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare updates, reports, and documentation for meetings.
- Assist in problem-solving and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Training & Development Coordination
- Assist in scheduling, organising, and tracking employee training sessions.
- Liaise with managers and employees on training needs and participation.
- Coordinate logistics for both internal and external training.
- Maintain training records and help monitor development progress.
- Support with onboarding and induction where required.
