  4. Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Research, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, capacity, and financial stability

  5. Negotiation and Contracting

  6. Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers

  7. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage purchase contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  8. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and foster mutual collaboration.

  9. Order Processing and Logistics

  10. Purchase Orders (POs): Create, issue, and manage accurate purchase orders detailing specifications, quantities, and terms.

  11. Order Tracking and Expediting: Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely arrival and resolving any delays or supply chain problems.

  12. Logistics Coordination: Arrange for the transport and delivery of goods, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.

  13. Compliance

  14. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ethical standards, legal regulations, and internal company policies.
