Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Property

Studies/Real Estate.

  • At least five years property valuation experience while

registered with the South African Council for the Property

Valuers Profession.

  • Computer literacy.
  • A valid Code EB driver's license.
  • Registered with the South African Council for the Property

Valuers Profession as a Professional Valuer or Professional

Associated Valuer.

Key Performance Areas

  • Coordinates the professional execution of valuations in a

defined geographic area.

  • Represents the City at Valuation Board hearings.
  • Communicates professional knowledge with external

customers.

  • Oversees junior valuation staff and contractors.
  • Supervises and coordinates the collection, correction and

analysis of valuation data in a defined geographic area.
