Location: Johannesburg North | Full-Time | Renal Dialysis Unit
Are you a qualified Clinical Technologist with a passion for nephrology and leadership?
We're looking for a dynamic
Unit Manager
to lead our high-performing renal dialysis team in Johannesburg North.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses and technologists
- Drive compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control measures
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with nephrologists and hospital leadership to optimize outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- BTech in Clinical Technology (Nephrology)
- HPCSA registration as a Clinical Technologist
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in renal dialysis, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong clinical, operational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
