Business Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in collaboration with supply chains team.
  • Build and manage relationships with key business partners
  • Drive brand strategy, product positioning, and marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence
  • Coordinate production planning and ensure alignment between manufacturing output and market demand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Manager in a Pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, launching products, and managing multi-functional teams.
  • Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to do business travel frequently.
