Mandatory Requirements:
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a contracts manager.
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering.
- Must have been part of more than 15 general building projects as contracts manager which is to be evident on your CV.
- Must be very familiar with all types of construction contracts.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate/travel for unspecified periods.
