POSITION INFO:
The Johannesburg East site is where the action happens, and they need a BI Analyst who can keep up, contribute and innovate across multiple departments. You'll get to roll up your sleeves and work directly with teams across finance, ops, sales, warehousing and IT, building and refining reports, systems, dashboards and models that actually get used. Think impact, not fluff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance and maintain data models, reports and dashboards for multiple departments
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations and Sales to understand business needs and deliver BI solutions
  • Translate raw data into real-world insights that drive strategy and action
  • Take ownership of BI systems, ensuring reliability, accuracy and continuous improvement

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics or similar field
  • 3 to 4 years in a diverse, multi-functional environment
  • Strong in PowerBI, Excel, SQL and relevant data tools
  • Able to build systems from scratch, not just maintain them
  • A true analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend actions
  • Comfortable working on-site, engaging with multiple teams
  • Must thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with many moving parts
