Senior Conveyancing Secretary

We are seeking a highly experienced
Conveyancing Secretary
with a minimum of
10 years' working knowledge of property transfers
. The ideal candidate must be proficient at independently handling
all types of property transfers
from instruction to registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently attend to all secretarial duties and responsibilities relating to transfers.
- Attend to the registration of all types of transfers.
- Liaise with clients, banks, estate agents, linked attorneys, SARS and the various municipalities.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in property transfers.
- Extensive knowledge of all types of property transfers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Keeping accurate records and proper file maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office.
