Eduvos is looking to employ a Biotechnology and Food Science Lecturer at our Midrand campus on a fixed term basis.

Type of appointment: Fixed Term employment opportunity

Purpose:

  • To lecture Applied Sciences-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
  • To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

  • Minimum MSc in Food Technology, Nutrional Biotechnology or applicable field

Experience:

  • 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
  • Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
  • Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities

Modules to be lectured:

  • Food Technology
  • Neutraceuticals and Functional Foods
  • Medical Biotechnology
  • Food- and Water Microbiology
  • Pricniples of Biology
  • Introduction to Biotechnology

Responsibilities:
