Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Hostess at our Hermanus location. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the restaurant area and collaborating with other staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with Reservations and Phone Etiquette
• Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
