Minimum Requirements
  • Proven HR management experience within a hospitality, conservation, or lodge environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR management systems.
  • Resilient, assertive, and capable of operating under pressure.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused.
  • Professional, objective, and committed to upholding the values of Qwabi Game Reserve and Newmark Hotels & Reserves.
