Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Padel Coach in Three anchor bay. As a Padel Coach, you will lead training sessions, provide coaching to players of varying skill levels, and assist in organizing events or tournaments. You will support players in improving their technical skills, strategy, and overall performance while fostering an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable sporting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of padel techniques and rules, with proven coaching experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with players of all abilities
• Experience in player development, training plans, and skill progressions
• Ability to organize and coordinate practice sessions, clinics, and events
• First aid or CPR certification is a plus
• Commitment to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all players
• Relevant coaching certifications are an advantage
• Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively
