Job Purpose:

The Financial Administrator is accountable for the financial processing of transactions according to the required controls and accounting principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Debtors

  • Loading of account payer banking details in respect of customer refunds
  • Daily processing and reconciling all bank accounts.
  • Daily processing of PAYU and Ozow transactions
  • Processing of correcting journals for misallocated receipts
  • Processing of student billing adjustments
  • Investigating and allocation of unallocated receipts
  • Loading of monthly debit orders
  • Analyzing and actioning payment plan changes as required
  • Credit balance analysis

Finance Operations Management to Trial Balance

  • Ensure that all transactions are processed timeously and accurately to the respective accounts and campus.
  • Ensure all audit requests are completed accurately and timeously.

Systems – D365 and SIS

  • Report inefficacies in processes and propose and drive improvements.
  • Manage system changes and be engaged in user accepted testing.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications

Qualification in Finance – Diploma/Degree (Advantageous)

Experience

Minimum 2 Years experience as a Finance Administrator
