About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to assist our sales and marketing teams in driving customer engagement and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will combine sales experience, social media savvy, and excellent communication skills to help grow our brand and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client correspondence
  • Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, politeness, and respect
  • Assist with social media activities – posting, engagement, responding to messages, and supporting online campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads through digital channels
  • Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales support, sales, or customer service
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite, professional, and respectful communication style
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with CRM tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Must be a South African citizen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
