Our programme is aligned with SAICA's CA2025 competency framework, designed to develop future-ready Chartered Accountants equipped with the technical, professional, and digital skills needed in a rapidly evolving business landscape. We aim to nurture the leaders of tomorrow by offering a dynamic and immersive learning experience, with the possibility of exploring future opportunities within our finance team, for trainees who successfully complete the program and in compliance with the Company's Integrity, Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy, Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality requirements and to perform delegated SHERQ tasks and duties & to inform superiors about deviations.

• Academic Support to help you prepare for SAICA's Initial Assessment of Competence (IAC) and Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and grow into a well-rounded Chartered Accountant.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• Final-year student enrolled in a SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA)/Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Honours in Accounting.
• Graduates who have completed their PGDA/CTA or Honours in Accounting and are eligible to register for the Initial Assessment of Competence (IAC).
• South African citizenship.
• Strong academic record and a passion for finance, innovation, and leadership.
