Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, focusing on product discovery and understanding clients' future funding needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Qualify and hand over leads to the broker team for final deal closure.
Requirements
  • Proven background in sales or cold-calling, with experience handling high call volumes.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Resilient mindset and ability to handle frequent rejection with confidence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
