Job Summary

The Core Agent will provide service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guest's needs are met and will do this in a genuine natural manner.

They will be knowledgeable about product and effective at selling it on the telephone.

  • Responsible for booking Room, restaurant and Spa reservations via phone, email requests, and guest in-house requests.
  • The Core Agent is responsible for providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers as well as responding to emergencies by connecting the appropriate individuals by phone or radio.
  • The Core Agent is responsible for communicating on the FS APP, taking requests there and conversing with the guests according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Due to the central core nature of this position, the Core Agent also acts as the friendly and courteous voice of Room Service, Engineering, and Housekeeping Team.
  • The Core Agent receives all guests' requests for Room Service experience and Housekeeping needs.

Requirements

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or Related field
  • Previous experience in Reservations and/or Front Office an assert
  • Computer Knowledge including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
