We're looking for a
Managed Services Support Intern
to join our growing team in Century City, Cape Town.

This internship is designed for individuals who have a
Matric qualification
and a passion for technology, even if you haven't had the opportunity to pursue a formal degree.

At CyberIAM, we believe in developing talent from the ground up. You'll receive hands-on training in
Managed Services
, along with structured learning in
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
and
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
. Our goal is to equip you with valuable technical and professional skills for a long-term career in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Support Intern at CyberIAM, you will:

  • Provide
    first-line support
    to our clients, assisting with technical issues and troubleshooting requests.
  • Work closely with the Managed Services team to deliver service excellence to clients across the
    UK and Europe
    .
  • Assist with
    system monitoring, user administration, and access management tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Learn and apply new technologies as part of your
    structured training and mentorship.

    Information Technology (IT) as a subject up to Matric.
