Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Heidelberg, for the position of Head of Growth & Partnerships. The role involves overseeing strategic growth initiatives, building and strengthening partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, managing partnership agreements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring industry trends and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
• Partnership Building, Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities
• Problem-Solving, Analysis, and Decision-Making skills
• Knowledge of NDIS and disability care services is strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar growth or partnerships-focused role
