Duties:
- Work with other stakeholders to identify hiring priorities
- Process inbound job applications to identify prospective talent
- Engage in outbound techniques to reach additional candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Engage in "quick strike" recruiting for specific company roles and locations that must be filled immediately
- Hire and contract talent both locally and globally for a variety of roles
- Identify potential contractors to fill in until a full-time team member can be found
- Optimize the performance of online job listings
- Write compelling job descriptions and other content to attract potential candidates
- Create and own a positive candidate experience with regular touch points and diligent follow-through
- Become an expert in our company, culture, and value proposition to excite and convert new candidates
- Help create and negotiate job offers
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or as an agency recruiter
- Experience recruiting for PR, marketing, or advertising agencies including creative professionals
- Communicate professionally with candidates both verbally and in writing
- Ability to comprehend new job roles quickly and understand the subtle nuances in each role
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and managing time efficiently
- Proven ability to jump between a wide variety of roles according to company needs
- Offer creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Showcase a defined method of organization
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
