Genkem has an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Team. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience to be a part of our marketing team reporting directly to the Marketing Team Leader based at our Head Office in Umhlanga, Durban.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Matric
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field is advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or brand support role, especially involving project timelines and coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of use on adobe illustrator, canva and similar programmes
  • A creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure brand consistency across various products
  • Plan and prioritize various projects
  • Maintain and update our brand guide to ensure consistent messaging
  • Maintaining marketing calendars and timelines
  • Brainstorming new campaign ideas and strategies
  • Analyzing data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
