Eduvos is looking to employ an Economics Lecturer (for the Faculty of Humanities) at our Midrand campus on a fixed term basis.

Type of appointment:

  • Fixed Term employment opportunity

Purpose:

  • To lecture Humanities-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
  • To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

  • Honours in Economics or a related qualification (a Masters qualification will be an added advantage)

Experience:

  • Minimum: 1 -2 years of relevant lecturing experience
  • Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
  • Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities

Modules to be lectured:

  • Mathematics for Commerce
  • Intro to Commerce

Responsibilities:

  • Lecturing

  • Preparation of notes and additional study materials
