About the Role
ASUS South Africa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Product Department as a Fixed-Term Office Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment. You will support daily administrative operations, assist with data management, and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Product Department.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel & other internal systems.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in an office or administrative role (internships or part-time work welcome).
