We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented
Financial Accountant
to join our dynamic finance team. You'll play a pivotal role in consolidating financials across a group of 10 companies, driving performance insights, and supporting executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role with scope for leadership, process improvement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and group-level reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Analyse financial performance and provide variance commentary
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support board reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate across entities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 -7 years' progressive experience in a multi-entity finance environment
  • Strong consolidation, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, inter-company accounting, shared services, extensive reconciliation experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
