About the Company

We're a fast-growing global marketing and outbound automation agency helping B2B businesses, SaaS companies, and service-based founders build predictable client-acquisition systems using cold email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach.

We're looking for a Client Success Manager who can own the entire client relationship — from onboarding and strategy to fulfillment and reporting — while ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results and an exceptional experience.

Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — responsible for onboarding, campaign strategy, copy development, system setup, and ongoing performance management.

You'll combine strategic expertise in outbound lead generation with hands-on technical skills in tools like Instantly, HeyReach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Initially, you'll handle the full client process yourself. Over time, you'll transition into a leadership role, managing fulfillment specialists and overseeing multiple client accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Strategy

  • Lead onboarding calls with new clients to understand offers, ICPs, and business goals.
  • Create detailed ICP documentation (Ideal Customer Profile), define targeting, and craft outbound strategy.
  • Build lead lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other list-building tools.
  • Develop and optimize outbound messaging sequences for cold email and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.

Campaign Setup & Technical Management

  • Handle or oversee campaign setup on:
  • Cold email platforms: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.
  • LinkedIn automation: HeyReach, Expandi, or Waalaxy.
  • Purchase and configure domains, ensure proper DNS records, inbox warm-up, and deliverability.
  • Monitor performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, reply rates, booked calls).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability or tech issues with precision and speed.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the main liaison for all client communication, performance updates, and strategy calls.
  • Deliver reports and insights highlighting results, optimizations, and next steps.
  • Drive client satisfaction, renewals, and upsells by demonstrating clear ROI and proactive engagement.

Leadership & Process Development

  • Build and refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for onboarding, campaign setup, and reporting.
  • Train and manage fulfillment team members as the company scales.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound, or automation agency.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
  • LinkedIn automation platforms (HeyReach, Expandi, Waalaxy)
  • Sales Navigator & list-building workflows
  • Deliverability (domain setup, DNS, warm-up, inbox rotation)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent, Western communication style).
  • Exceptional client communication and account management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong technical execution ability.
  • Ability to write and edit professional outbound copy (email + LinkedIn).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Previous experience handling U.S./U.K. clients.

Growth Path

  • Phase 1: Manage onboarding, strategy, and execution directly.
  • Phase 2: Build and systemize SOPs for fulfillment and reporting.
  • Phase 3: Lead a client success division — managing multiple account managers and overseeing delivery operations.

Compensation
