 About the Role

Khozer0 Projects is seeking an experienced 
Senior C# / .NET Developer
 to provide specialised programming support for a government Case Management System (CMS).

The system is fully operational and requires ongoing enhancements, debugging, testing, and structured application support.

This position is strictly based on 
experience and technical capability
, as required by the tender.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance, maintain, and support an existing C#/.NET Case Management System
  • Analyse user problems, diagnose defects, and implement technical solutions
  • Develop and update 
    technical design documents
     and system specifications
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment
  • Work with Visual Studio to develop and enhance web-based applications
  • Manage SQL Server queries, stored procedures, schema updates
  • Support IIS deployments and troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain web services & Windows services
  • Support SharePoint and SharePoint API integrations
  • Follow SDLC and release management processes
  • Provide user support and production system support when required
  • Collaborate with the client's ICT team to implement improvements

 Required Skills & Experience (MANDATORY)

Candidates must show 
5–10 years
 solid hands-on experience in:

 C# Web Application Development

 ASP.NET (MVC/WebForms)

 Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, schema management)

 Visual Studio Development (Microsoft environment)

 IIS Setup, Deployment & Troubleshooting

 SharePoint & SharePoint APIs

 Web Services & Windows Services

 Software Testing, Debugging & Problem Analysis

 SDLC, Release Management & Production Support

 Additional Advantageous Skills

(Not required but beneficial)

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong documentation & communication skills
  • Experience supporting public sector systems
